Roles & Responsibilities
The Operations Administrator is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assisting the Repair & Maintenance Manager with the allocation of resources.
- Scheduling work required and maintaining accurate ERP system data.
- Communication of changes between Operations and Service teams, in both directions.
- Working closely with the Supply chain to ensure all parts are available for new build assets and document accordingly.
- Updating workshop-related spreadsheets and ERP System Data.
