We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Controller to manage stock levels and ensure efficient inventory operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking inventory, preventing stock discrepancies, and coordinating with suppliers and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and cycle counts.
• Track inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to prevent shortages.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock records and actual inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and procurement teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.
• Maintain records of stock movements, receipts, and dispatches.
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights for better stock management.
• Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales and demand trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as an Inventory Controller, Storekeeper, or similar role (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP, WMS, or SAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock monitoring and reporting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain principles.
