1. Production Data Entry: Record daily production figures, raw material consumption, and wastage. Maintain accurate data in our ERP system.
2. Inventory Management: Track and update stock levels for raw materials, order-in-progress, and finished goods. Coordinate with the store and production teams to ensure stock accuracy.
3. Cost Accounting: Assist in calculating production costs, including material, labor, and overheads. Support in preparing cost variance reports and analyzing cost deviations.
4. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoices related to raw material procurement and other factory expenses. Ensure timely recording of supplier payments and follow-ups.
5. Audit Support & Other Administrative Tasks: Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and data. Support the finance team with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the finance and accounts department, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and efficient processing of transactions.

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in UAE. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or accounting software.
