Captains are the backbone of Careem's success. As the Captain Marketing Manager, you will lead, develop, and execute a high-impact marketing strategy to drive captain acquisition, engagement, and retention across all markets.
This is a centralized role focused on scaling acquisition channels, optimizing marketing performance, and strengthening the captain value proposition. You will work closely with growth, digital, and operations teams to build an efficient and scalable captain marketing function that supports Careem's expansion.
5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in growth marketing, acquisition, or lifecycle marketing.
Extensive digital marketing experience, including performance marketing, paid media, CRM, and marketing automation.
Strong expertise in brand building, storytelling, and customer segmentation.
Proven ability to launch, track, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital).
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or marketplace businesses (e-commerce, tech startups, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, comfortable working with marketing performance metrics and dashboards.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
