Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Light Vehicle Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee the servicing, repairs, and overall maintenance of our fleet of light vehicles. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in fleet maintenance within the UAE and possess strong technical and leadership skills to ensure the efficient operation of the fleet while maintaining compliance with local regulations and local and international companies within the same industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the maintenance, repair, and servicing of the company's light vehicle fleet to ensure reliability and safety.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce vehicle downtime and extend lifespan.
• Supervise and coordinate workshop operations, ensuring efficient work distribution among mechanics and technicians.
• Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs, optimizing operational efficiency.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with UAE traffic laws, RTA regulations, and company policies.
• Manage spare parts inventory, negotiate with vendors, and oversee procurement of maintenance supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, service history, and vehicle inspections using fleet management software.
• Handle vehicle breakdowns, emergency repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues.
• Lead and train maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in light vehicle fleet maintenance within the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of light vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Experience using fleet management systems and maintenance tracking tools.
• Familiarity with UAE transport laws and RTA compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
