A leading educational institution is seeking a Software Engineer (Algorithms) who will design, test, implement, and maintain algorithms for machine vision and signal analysis. The ideal candidate must have a B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Eng qualification, along with at least 7 years of experience in programming and modeling. Strong skills in C/C++ and Python, as well as exceptional problem-solving abilities, are required. Office-based work with rare exceptions and some travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years work experience in programming and/or modeling.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills required.
  • Strong Applied Mathematics background essential.

Responsibilities

  • Design, test, implement, and maintain algorithms for machine vision.
  • Effective benchmarked and tested algorithms in C/C++.
