A prominent manufacturing company in Gauteng seeks a Jnr Factory Manager. Ideal for a career-oriented individual with a BSc Degree in Engineering and 3-5 years of manufacturing experience. Responsibilities include supporting the Senior Factory Manager in operational management, team development, and continuous improvement. The client, a giant in the Manufacturing industry and part of a JSE-listed group, is seeking a Jnr Factory Manager.

Minimum Qualification: BSc Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Engineering/Chemical/Metallurgical
Advantageous: Previous Millwright Qualification / Electrical Qualification or similar
3 5 Years

A committed, active, and energetic individual with excellent maintenance skills. An analytical thinker with management experience is required. Will be trained into the position as Deputy Factory Manager, must be eager, willing, and able to grow within the organization. Will be mentored by the Senior Factory Manager and have exposure to the CEO. Will support the Senior Factory Manager in continuing the strong turnaround of this factory, together with the operational management and team development of the factory. This is a demanding position we are looking for the best of the best.
Must be prepared to work every alternative Saturday and additional hours as and when required. This is a highly demanding role
Must be willing to move between the 3 x sites for hands-on training. The timeframe of mentorship will depend on the individuals progress and personal growth within this position.
