Job summary
A logistics management company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a warehouse operator to handle incoming materials and manage loading and off-loading operations. The role includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations and preparing inventory reports. Candidates should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems. A hands-on position requiring attention to detail and a commitment to safety is essential.
Qualifications
- Experience with stock control and warehouse operations.
- Ability to safely manage loading and off-loading materials.
- Must ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
- Accurately enter material data into the system.
- Prepare inventory and stock reports.
Skills
- Receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of incoming materials, recording and reporting any defects.
- Accurately enter all material data into the system and prepare material receipt vouchers and checklists.
- Manage loading and off-loading operations safely, both manually and using forklifts.
- Perform stock control activities including receiving, unloading, returning, packing, pricing, and labeling materials.
- Monitor daily warehouse operations, ensuring material availability and coordinating shipping and receiving.
- Prepare inventory and stock reports, tracking arrival dates, quantities, and ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Ensure full compliance with safety policies, procedures, and warehouse regulations at all times.
Skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office

- Knowledge in materials storage techniques
