A leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil/Structural Engineer with experience in FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, analyzing, and coordinating civil and structural systems for large-scale infrastructure projects during the FEED phase. This role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration of structural and civil systems into overall project designs.

1. FEED Development:
   1. Lead the design and development of civil and structural systems during the FEED phase.
   2. Conduct site assessments and surveys to inform design decisions.
   3. Develop structural and civil engineering concepts, calculations, and detailed design packages.
2. Design & Analysis:
   1. Perform structural analysis for buildings, foundations, and other civil infrastructure.
   2. Ensure designs comply with international codes, standards, and local regulations.
   3. Develop and review design calculations, construction specifications, and drawings.
3. Coordination & Collaboration:
   1. Work closely with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure design integration.
   2. Coordinate with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
   1. Prepare and maintain accurate engineering reports, design documents, and project files.
   2. Support the preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, and project schedules.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
2. Years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with a focus on FEED development.
3. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, or similar tools.
4. Strong knowledge of civil/structural design principles, including load analysis, foundation design, and materials selection.
5. Familiarity with local building codes and international standards.
