DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

• Responsible for the day-to-day fund operations functions are operating smoothly.
• Responsible for the full administration of the potential clients and the key contact points for fund administration.
• Actively engage with service providers to ensure a smooth process for BAU.
• Responsible for order matching related to clients.
• Prepare fund accounts and related reports to regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate Investor servicing activities, including onboarding and distributions.
• Liaise with professional bodies, regulatory parties, and other stakeholders to ensure business activities adhere to regulatory compliance and regulations.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in asset management firms, fund accounting.
• Outstanding numeric and analytical skills.
• Independent, with good communication and coordination skills.
• Well-versed in spoken and written Chinese and English.
