We’re sourcing for Digitalisation Specialist.

Malaysian candidates
Work based: Onshore (Primary)
Tentative Duration: 2 years contract (Renewable)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields like Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field. Having relevant certifications in digital technologies and change management would be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in roles related to digitalization, technology implementation, or process optimisation.
3. Preferably has at least 2 years’ experience working in the oil and gas industry.
4. Proficient in project management methodologies for planning, executing, and monitoring digitalization projects.
5. Skilled in leading organisational change to ensure successful adoption of digital technologies.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions.
7. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive innovation in digital processes.
8. Proficient in identifying and mitigating risks associated with digitalization projects, particularly in the Oil and Gas industry.
9. Advanced analytical skills for data analysis, trend identification, and informed decision-making in digital processes.
10. Effective communication skills to convey complex digital concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
