This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Senior Executive – Digital Projects located in Shah Alam. The role involves planning, executing, and managing digital projects to support the organization's strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross‑functional teams, monitoring project progress, analyzing project performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions and also identify opportunities for digital transformation in alignment with the organization's goals.

• Lead and manage end-to-end digital projects Across the organisation, ensuring strategic alignment with EON and DRB-HICOM objectives, timely delivery, and measurable business impact.
• Oversee cross-functional teams Providing guidance, mentoring, and support to executives and project leads, while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders Developing business cases, executive presentations, and progress updates to ensure alignment, support, and accountability.
• Drive project governance, risk management, and compliance Anticipating potential issues, implementing mitigation strategies, and maintaining thorough documentation for audits and reporting.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts Ensuring smooth implementation of digital initiatives and platforms across departments.
• Monitor project performance and KPIs Track ROI, efficiency, and user adoption, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
• Benchmark against industry best practices Identify opportunities for innovation, and recommend solutions that improve processes, tools, and overall digital maturity.

• Strong experience in project management, digital operations, and problem-solving in a professional setting Proficiency in digital tools, software, and technologies relevant to project management and execution.
• Analytical skills for data analysis and performance measurement of digital initiatives Ability to interpret data and apply insights to drive improvement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with multiple stakeholders and teams Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

• Experience in the automotive or automotive‑related industry would be advantageous Familiarity with automotive distribution and retail dynamics.
