Finance Specialist
Job summary
An automotive company in Johor Bahru is seeking a candidate with over 3 years of financial experience. The role includes financial management, HR duties, and logistics support. Proficiency in Malay and English is required. Join a dynamic team to drive performance and manage crucial financial tasks.
Qualifications
- More than 3 years of financial work experience.
- Experience in financial accounting.
- Fluent in Malay and English.
Responsibilities
- Assist the business department in financial work and ERP systems.
- Manage employee probation, performance, and HR tasks.
- Support logistics for import and export documentation.
Skills
- Financial work: Assist the business department in meeting the financial requirements of the factory, and carry out relevant work on the ERP system, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost, and fixed asset modules. Check if the aggregation of cost centers and profit centers is accurate. Provide financial statements and information required by the headquarters. Review payment and daily expense reimbursement documents. As a bridge between the headquarters and the Malaysian factory, responsible for overseeing local departmental budgeting and financial planning.
- HR work: Responsible for the management of employee probationary period, performance, employee files (electronic and paper files), and contracts; Assist department heads in completing daily management tasks of the human resources department, leading and executing recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and performance, etc; Monthly submission of attendance and salary related work.
- Support logistics related work: Import: Assist the foreign trade department of the factory to complete the relevant work of the company's import business; Export: Responsible for the production of export related documents and various documents required by customs; ERP: Production, tracking, and other document operations for system procurement, orders, sales orders, etc.
- More than 3 years of financial work experience;
- Able to speak Malay and English;
- Have experience in financial accounting;
