Responsibilities:
1. Assist the accounting team in daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, payment verification, and record maintenance.
2. Review invoices, prepare billing documents, and perform accurate data entry for financial records.
3. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to aid management decision-making.
4. Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management to ensure smooth financial operations.
5. Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring proper account aging and clear communication with clients.
6. Organize and submit relevant documentation for internal audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
7. Provide assistance to the accounting manager in financial analysis to improve cost control and budget performance.
8. Perform other finance-related administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience with knowledge of financial processes.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, or SAP).
4. Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English, with basic proficiency in Malay.
5. Professional Attributes: Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
6. Preferred: Experience in auditing or involvement in financial analysis projects will be an added advantage.
