Job summary
A childcare service provider in Mexico, Sinaloa, is hiring a Back-up Nanny to provide in-home care for children, mainly infants through toddlers. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $20-$22 per hour, paid training, and various benefits including sick time and opportunities for advancement. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have childcare experience, and be available on weekdays for 6-8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm.

- Engage children by providing safety and leading hands-on activities based on your observations of the children’s age-appropriate development
- Pay: $20 per hour - $22 per hour per hour
- Receive paid training and a nanny kit filled with age-appropriate activities and games that you will bring to childcare assignments
- Enjoy opportunities to advance in the childcare field, and have the first chance to be placed with families seeking one consistent nanny, both full or part-time
- Paid sick time for both part-time and full-time schedules
