Are you passionate about marketing and communication? Do you want to play a key role in promoting innovative products in the B2B sector? We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing and Sales functions worldwide, specifically targeting sunglasses manufacturers.

What You'll Do:

Marketing Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate in the creation and updating of marketing and product presentations in English.
2. Assist in brand management and ensure brand consistency.
3. Coordinate with agencies and suppliers, including communication and graphic agencies, to produce high-quality marketing materials.
4. Engage in back-office activities to support product and collection development.
5. Prepare and ship marketing materials to our customers.

Communication Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to internal and external communications by creating engaging content in both Italian and English, including newsletters, PR for new products, editorial articles, and social media posts.
2. Support co-branding initiatives.

Back-office Support:

1. Assist in managing trade fairs and events.
2. Update and maintain the company showroom and manage product samples.
3. Prepare materials for trade fairs both in Italy and abroad.

Key Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Marketing or Economics.
2. At least 2 years of experience in corporate or agency settings within the communications and marketing field.
3. Excellent command of English & Italian (oral and written) is essential.
4. Proficient in digital communication tools and information systems (Office package and Photoshop).
5. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
6. Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
7. Team player with initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
8. Motivated with a global perspective and effective time management skills.
