In order to develop our company we are looking for a:

• Carry out regular business performance analysis, analyzing variances from budget/forecast.
• Participate in the monthly/quarterly Business Reviews together with Business Directors.
• Identify and suggest actions to support the achievement of performance targets.
• Proactively support in the production of the annual budget and forecasts for the areas of responsibility.
• Preparation of the monthly reporting for the areas of responsibility.
• Performing ad hoc analysis and controlling tasks.

• Degree in Business Administration with excellent results.
• 5 years of working experience within Finance teams of international organizations, having had specific international experience.
• Ability to understand business models and build business plans.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, close to business and customers with a solid Business Partners attitude.
• Analytical thinking, ability to understand issues, interpret data, draw conclusions and provide guidance.
• Ability to design and measure KPIs, with specific focus on the P/L.
• Accountability, respect for deadlines and quality standards (accuracy, consistency with policies and guidelines).
• Ability to prioritize activities, work with flexibility and handle stress.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite user with focus on Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with SAP- SAP/BW.
