As Indirect Procurement Regional Strategic Buyer, you will be responsible for managing and guiding all indirect procurement activities through the development and implementation of initiatives within a portfolio of indirect categories, mainly focused on Marketing/Events.
You will run, develop or fine-tune a sourcing strategy for each category as appropriate, establish long-term agreements where feasible to reduce transactional work and obtain optimal quality, service, price, and other terms.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring supplier performance, driving cost efficiencies, and delivering best-in-class service to internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for new procurement projects from internal stakeholders starting from supplier scouting, performing cost analysis and setting appropriate benchmarks, tendering process, optimizing spend opportunities, negotiation and establishing & maintenance of supplier relationships.
In addition, you will be leading projects, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

You will inform management about spending, promote strategic sourcing, and optimize costs. Working with global and regional teams, you will implement projects while adopting an entrepreneurial mindset to enhance spending management. Additionally, you will ensure compliance, drive operational improvements, and develop digital sourcing models, collaborating with the Procurement Operations team to ensure execution and continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.
