Vivienne Westwood, iconic English brand forerunner of punk fashion, has been offering a fiercely creative design since 1971, directly inspired by the style and history of London fashion. Vivienne Westwood Srl is currently recruiting a Personal Assistant to MD to join the Company in Milan office on a full-time basis.

1. Secretarial and administrative duties including accurate Diary and Inbox management;
2. Responsible for organising internal and external appointments and attending on behalf of the MD where necessary;
3. Coordinate and attend regular team meetings, taking notes and progressing agreed actions;
4. Working closely with senior management and other EA/PA’s in the team;
5. Booking travel, researching travel options when required and preparing full travel itinerary;
6. Booking personal appointments (ie; medical appointments, etc..);
7. Processing expenses;
8. Being the first point of contact for any queries relating to or concerning the Managing Director;
9. Interpret policies and guidelines as and when necessary, hold responsibility for various components of project assignments;
10. Working with relevant internal and external stakeholders (e.g. marketing, comms, press and sales teams) to ensure queries are answered;
11. Project managing and execution of various business concepts, collaborations, partnerships, creative projects, when needed;
12. Able to work from various locations when required;
13. Ad hoc duties.

1. Highly experienced (above 5 years of experience, ideally from a Legal background);
2. The ability to adapt in different situations;
3. A driving license is essential for the role;
4. Capable to confidently communicate with different stakeholders;
5. Fluency in Italian and English is essential;
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
7. Computer literate;
8. The ability to build and maintain internal/external relationships;
9. Confident and with proactive approach to work;
10. Ability to be flexible and to enjoy working in a creative environment;
11. Trustworthy and organized with the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
