Know that at Reset, we're different.
In a world of ever-increasing mental health needs, Reset prioritizes being a personal, private, and local provider of mental health care. And that's the key difference: we care about our immediate communities. We volunteer, partner with local like-minded organizations, provide relevant free resources through content creation, and are passionate about creating ripples to benefit our local network.
To stay on the path to our vision, our team is expected to use mindfulness-based treatment modalities like somatic experiencing, brain training, meditation, nature walks, yoga, art, and play along with traditional talk therapy for our tweens, teens, adults, couples, and family clients.
If you have special training or interest in growing in the areas of Trauma-Informed Practices, Eating Disorders and Body Image, Bio-Psychology, Meditation, Yoga Therapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS Therapy, Hypnosis, Postpartum/Perinatal Mood Disorders, Art Therapy, then we will consider you to join our truly extraordinary team. We have monthly team professional development, monthly group consultation, and biweekly supervision to keep you focused on your growth and give you the tools you're looking for to expand your skillset.
At Reset, we have big goals.
