Overview

Imagine a secluded haven of island tranquility nestled amidst swaying palm trees and tropical fruit trees. La Siesta Resort & Villas is a sanctuary of spacious villas, suites, and colorful cottages that truly transport our guests to island time. Picture a zero-entry oceanfront pool, walk-in beach, on-site restaurant and bar, beachfront yoga classes, complimentary kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes, villa butler service, 24 boat slips, and outdoor event space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Train and onboard new front desk staff members
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of guest reservations and billing information
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance guest experiences
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Qualifications
  • Prior cash handling experience necessary
  • High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Six months Front Desk experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
