Kennedys IQ is seeking an Account Manager to join Kennedys IQ's commercial team and be responsible for getting new clients up and running, and developing use of our solutions amongst existing clients. This will require excellent understanding of our insurance sector clients, hands-on knowledge of our products and their benefits, and the ability to develop lasting relationships with those clients.
The Account Manager will be responsible for driving the development of the reporting and insights, delivered through a combination of scoping requirements for the IQ database and technical specialists to deliver, and also through direct use of analytical tools such as Power BI. Ultimately the expectation is that this will form an integral part of the functionality of our core products.
With a direct ability to influence revenue and client retention rates, this role is commercial first and success will be measured by revenue achieved from the existing clients. Increasingly the Account Managers have the opportunity to offer guidance to clients on how IQ solutions can maximise the benefits through consistent and systemic use, and a consultative approach is essential.
An interest in technology - as applied within the IQ solutions, and as used in emerging technology businesses - is essential. The Account Manager will keep up to date with developments through the work with clients, and networking across the sector.
The Kennedys IQ team are responsible for the development of the IQ Platform, an online application designed to facilitate the insurance claims processing a combination of intelligent data capture, workflow augmented with legal expertise, as well as analytics including machine learning and natural language processing. We aim to lead the market across the globe at the intersection of technology, insurance and law. Pipeline projects include ground-breaking innovation work where we lead consortia of data science practitioners, global insurers and world leading universities working alongside our own growing data science function to solve some of the biggest problems facing the insurance industry today.
The team is spread across many locations London, Chelmsford, Manchester and Kerala. This position can be based in London or Chelmsford with flexibility to work from other locations or home from time to time based on agreement with the development manager.
