Join Hoxton Farms as our first ever Operations Associate.
As our Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping Hoxton Farms running smoothly as we grow. You’ll work closely with our Head of People and Chief of Staff to dive into the nuts and bolts of Hoxton Farms, helping to build and scale our people, internal operations, finance and compliance functions.
You’ll join a world-class startup backed by top investors, working at the intersection of biotech, food, and sustainability. As we take our deliciously fatty ingredient to market, you’ll help lay the operational foundations that make rapid growth possible.
You will be deeply involved in the day-to-day running of the company, from managing documents and contracts, to helping with hiring and onboarding, to supporting key areas like finance and legal. You’ll learn from experienced operators and be hands-on across the business. This is a perfect role for someone who’s curious, detail-oriented and eager to learn how a startup really works.
To succeed in this role, you should be highly organised, a strong communicator and excited to pitch in wherever you’re needed. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one, and will need to balance precision and process with flexibility and drive. Your success will be measured by the quality, efficiency and reliability of the systems you support.
Be part of our team in person. This role is five days a week onsite.

Cofounded in 2020 by Max Jamilly and Ed Steele, we are building the world's most scalable and cost-effective tech stack for mammalian cell biomanufacturing – and we’re monetising it with a premium B2B ingredient. Hoxton Farms are a team of 50 based in London. We have raised from investors including Founders Fund, Collab Fund, FSV/F-Prime and Global Brain.
