The Company:
Our client is a highly successful and expanding Wealth Management firm, widely recognised with an excellent reputation based in London.
The Role:
The Asset Transfers Analyst will be experienced in Asset Transfers and will confidently and efficiently arrange the transfer in and out of client assets - working with the Settlements and Client Services team and ensuring client portfolio records are accurate and reflect all assets transferred in the firm's system - cash and securities.
The Asset Transfers Analyst will work closely with Wealth Managers ensuring all records on any transferred accounts are fully compliant, as well as communicating with the Front Office team, keeping them informed of all progress on transfers.
The Asset Transfers Analyst is to work alongside the Transfers Manager on a daily basis, recording, collating and distributing any key management information required.
The Asset Transfers Analyst is to ensure all procedure/policy documents are in place and are periodically reviewed and kept up to date.
The Asset Transfers Analyst will work with a team to develop ways to improve processes and procedures as well as troubleshoot and solve any ad-hoc issues.
The Candidate:
Strong Asset transfers experience with a Wealth Management firm, Asset Management or Stockbroker.
UK and International Asset Transfers experience - ideal.
Good team player but capable of organising own workload.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
A creative and proactive approach to problem solving.
Strong organisation skills.
Self-motivation.
