Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London for a Maintenance Technician specializing in Painting & Handyman tasks. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing daily tasks such as conducting equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, handling repairs, and managing industrial maintenance procedures. The individual will also carry out general handyman tasks to ensure the upkeep and aesthetic standards of the properties.

Qualifications

1. Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting
2. Experience with Preventive Maintenance
3. Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair
4. Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
7. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
8. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training is beneficial
