Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of both the interior and exterior of the building, ensuring the space remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. The role requires handling various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular inspections of the building and its systems.
2. Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
3. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
2. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
3. Strong problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication skills.
