Join Our Client as a Finance Business Partner (FTC 3 Months)!

Are you ready to take your finance expertise to the next level? Our client, a growing organisation, is looking for a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join their Finance Department. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the group as they expand into new territories, including the UAE and USA.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be instrumental in driving financial sustainability, compliance, and strategic planning. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Financial Strategy: Develop and maintain financial strategies, procedures, and policies to support growth and profitability.
2. Reporting: Oversee the preparation of management accounts and statutory financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements.
3. Fundraising: Collaborate with the CEO and external advisors to lead fundraising efforts, ensuring optimal capital structure and compliance with financing terms.
4. Growth and Investments: Lead financial modelling to manage growth and investment strategies in the UAE and USA.
5. Accounting Oversight: Oversee all accounting functions, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and contract monitoring.
6. Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership to ensure robust financial planning and reporting.
7. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, offering financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

1. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Gravitas and the ability to work alongside a highly entrepreneurial executive management team.
3. Experience scaling SMEs or divisions, ideally between £5m - £10m revenue.
4. Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modelling to support business decisions.
5. A passion for thriving in a fast-paced, international, and people-oriented environment.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build high-trust relationships.
