Package: £100,000 - £120,000 Base Salary - £150,000 OTE package incl, Bupa Healthcare, Life Insurance, Pension, Car/Car Allowance, Tablet, Phone & home office.
As Sales Director, you will be tasked with the planning, developing, and implementation of strategic growth plans for new business & account management. Shaping and defining a go-to-market strategy, cultivating and developing potential new business opportunities. You'll manage two teams: one account management and one new business team, both focused on developing business across the commercial sector in EMEA - hunting for and cultivating opportunities. The role involves 'solution selling' business to business, offering end-to-end fit-out solutions in the form of Audio Visual, IT Infrastructure, Networks, Cabling & managed services. This role will require coaching & mentoring high-performing teams. The successful candidate will lead a sales team of 8 and will be required to meet and exceed targets by converting marketing strategies into sales. This is a challenging but extremely exciting and rewarding role - a great opportunity to be part of a stable organization experiencing rapid growth.
We are seeking candidates with sales and commercial leadership experience, ideally from within the Office Fit Out sector, who have the drive and ambition to lead a high-performing sales team and deliver measurable results. If you have a minimum of 3 years in the Fit Out or IT infrastructure sector, then we'd love to hear from you.
To be successful, the ideal candidate will be ambitious, disciplined, and well-organized, possessing the focus, attention to detail, and the desire to close deals. You will manage teams who are closing long complex sales cycles through to fruition and winning business. Ideally, you will have demonstrable experience in a high-pressure sales environment. We are seeking someone who is confident to coerce at all levels of business and interface with a multitude of organizations in different sectors. Polished oral, written communication & presentation skills are essential.
This Sales Director role is offering a basic salary of £100,000 - £120,000 with a realistic OTE of £150,000+ OTE with an uncapped commission structure.
