Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is currently seeking experienced Data Cabling Engineers for ongoing projects in the United Kingdom. The role involves the installation, pulling, terminating, and testing of copper cabling in a new-build construction environment. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in structured cabling projects and a valid ECS or CSCS card. The position offers consistent work Monday to Friday, with potential overtime depending on site requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience working on structured cabling projects.
- Valid ECS or CSCS card is essential.
- Strong understanding of structured cabling practices and standards.
Responsibilities
- Installation, pulling, terminating, and testing of copper cabling.
- Working within a new-build construction environment.
- Adhering to site safety and quality installation standards.
Skills
We are currently seeking experienced Data Cabling Engineers for ongoing projects in various European countries. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large-scale structured cabling installation involving Copper and fibre installation. Both 1st and 2nd fix.
- Installation, pulling, terminating, and testing of copper cabling
- Working within a new-build construction environment
- Adhering to site safety and quality installation standards
- Minimum 3 years\' experience working on structured cabling projects
- Valid ECS or CSCS card - Essential
- IPAF certification
- CNCI - Not Essential
- Strong understanding of structured cabling practices and standards
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team under tight timelines
- Must be able to provide 2 recent references from relevant projects
- Monday to Friday with Weekends available
- Potential overtime available depending on site requirements
- Long-term project with consistent work for the right engineers
