About The Role

As a Videographer with WBAC you will:

1. Capture and edit diverse content from across the business and around the UK.
2. Film and edit content to create engaging colleague communication and training materials across various channels including WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, and Carees Site.
3. Create content for training purposes that is both engaging and informative for our retail colleagues.
4. Plan and deliver campaign shoots from start to finish including all aspects of video production.
5. Stay ahead of emerging trends, proposing new ideas to keep our brand at the forefront of content for our colleagues.
6. Work closely with all departments, especially our retail team to develop strong relationships to capture relevant business content.
7. Ensure all design briefs for content are met, collaborating across departments to deliver these.
8. Manage all pre and postproduction aspects from storyboarding to editing for video content that aligns with our brand and what we are all about.
9. Track content metrics such as views, shares, engagement of content created.
10. Ensure all relevant camera equipment is maintained and in working order.

Requirements:

1. A current full UK manual driving license.
2. Manage multiple projects at the same time, and build strong relationships across the business.
3. Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
4. Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
5. Excellent proficiency with editing software e.g. Adobe Premier.
6. Experience creating engaging content across social media channels.
7. Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
8. Proficiency with a range of camera equipment and pre/postproduction techniques.
9. Strong skills in video storytelling, editing, and production.
