What you’ll do day to day

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff.
  • Ensure maximum direct selling time.
  • Effectively handle all sales enquiries.
  • Lead and develop all sales executives ensuring they are focused and adopt a structured approach.
  • Ensure that all operational issues are resolved in a customer-centric manner in the shortest possible timeframe.
  • Provide guidance and training to salespersons to improve their job performance with particular emphasis on:
    • Prospecting, customer follow-up, and closing deals
    • Time management.
  • Establish administrative procedures and policies to assist the smooth handling of all business and adequate sales record.

Helpful skills and qualifications

  • A hands-on leader and financially aware.
  • Ability to negotiate at all levels with strong leadership skills.
  • Motor industry experience is preferable.
  • Ability to work to timescales effectively.
  • Keen eye for detail, good communication, and a passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Strong industry knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
