Are you a proven leader with a passion for developing high-performing sales teams? Do you have the ability to drive revenue growth while mentoring, coaching, and inspiring your team?

My client is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager – EMEA to lead and develop their sales operations across the region, ensuring strategic execution and world-class customer service.

This is a remote role that can be based in the UK or across Mainland Europe.

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and leading the sales team across EMEA. You will be responsible for building, managing, and motivating a results-driven team, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and support to succeed. Your leadership will directly impact the success of the business, ensuring teams meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring execution of sales strategies and continuous professional growth.
  • Set clear expectations, implement KPIs, and drive performance management, identifying and addressing execution gaps through training, coaching, and improvement plans.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and excellence, ensuring the team operates with discipline, focus, and a commitment to success.
  • Work closely with finance and sourcing teams to align on revenue growth opportunities and optimise results.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs while positioning the company as a strategic partner.
  • Ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional customer service, reinforcing our commitment to being the “first and last look” for their customers.
  • Develop and execute tactical sales plans that drive revenue, ensuring a balanced mix of business across all sales categories.
  • Support team members in day-to-day sales activities, providing guidance on customer engagement, negotiations, and strategic execution.
  • Leverage data, technology, and analytics to track team performance, forecast sales opportunities, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively on a global scale, ensuring seamless integration with the wider sales organisation and alignment with company-wide strategies.

  • A track record of successfully coaching, mentoring, and performance-managing sales professionals to drive revenue growth.

  • Deep industry knowledge of electronic components and technology distribution, with a solid understanding of customer supply chains.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
