Job description

One of our leading US Law Firm clients is seeking a Temporary Receptionist for 4-5 months to work closely alongside their current receptionist. Even though this is initially a temporary role, there will be the chance to go permanent in this position for the right candidate.

The role will be based in the office 5 days a week in the city with the hours of 08:30 - 17:00.

The salary for this role is 40k and duties include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering calls
  • Inbox management
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Administrative support

The successful candidate must be available immediately to start as this role will be starting ASAP!
