Job description

You will be looking after the bathrooms section of this busy plumbers merchant. This branch has an extremely busy showroom, and you will work closely with suppliers and build relationships within the branch with contractors and developers.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail showroom, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by managing the sales team, maintaining product displays, providing excellent customer service, and optimizing sales performance.

Sales Leadership:

1. Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
2. Coaching and developing sales staff through regular feedback and training.
3. Monitoring individual sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Customer Service:

1. Providing exceptional customer service to all showroom visitors.
2. Handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
3. Building strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Showroom Operations:

1. Maintaining the visual appeal and cleanliness of the showroom.
2. Managing product displays, ensuring accurate pricing and inventory levels.
3. Coordinating product demonstrations and presentations to customers.

Staff Management:

1. Hiring and onboarding new sales staff.
2. Scheduling staff shifts to optimize showroom coverage.

Sales Strategy:

1. Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and conversion rates.
3. Developing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Administrative Tasks:

1. Maintaining sales reports and customer records.
2. Managing showroom budget and expenses.
3. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
