Site Manager - Structural Steelwork

Location: Aylesbury

I am looking for an experienced Site Manager to join my client, a leading company in the structural steel industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Full site management duties, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Managing site teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth daily operations
Maintaining quality, health, safety, and environmental standards
Effective communication with management, site teams, and clients
Ensuring compliance with project specifications and company procedures
Representing the company professionally at all times

Requirements:

You must have experience working in structural steel and hold the following:

SMSTS certificate
CSCS card or equivalent
Safety at heights/harness certificate
CPCS card (slinger/signaler)
IPAF MEWP PAL+ Operators licence
Competent in the use and changing of Abrasive Wheels
Alloy Towers certificate
Full UK Driving Licence

Skills:

Strong customer relationship management
Excellent communication with teams and management
Ability to manage and coordinate site teams
Commercial awareness in relation to project costs and deadlines
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
