The Roles

We are seeking Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Senior Site Managers and Site Managers, based in the following locations: the Midlands, London, and the South.

The Ideal Candidates

1. Site Managers: Reporting to the Project lead, you will be part of the Project team to ensure the safe, timely, and quality delivery of the Project. You will have a minimum of 7 years Main Contracting experience and have been a Site Manager for at least 3 years working on Projects in excess of £10m. A Trades or Degree background with the commensurate training and CSCS Card would be ideal.
2. Senior Site Managers: Reporting to the Project lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations ensuring the Project is delivered on time, safely, and to budget whilst working closely with all stakeholders. You will have been a Senior Site Manager for at least 3 years with at least 10 years Main Contracting management experience with a CV that reflects continuity and you will have been responsible for the delivery of Projects with values exceeding £10m. A Trades or Degree background with the commensurate training and CSCS Card would be ideal.
3. Senior Project Managers/Project Managers: Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of the Project, working closely with the Operations and Commercial Teams ensuring the safe, timely, and commercial success of the Project. You will have been a Project Manager for a minimum of 5 years and have at least 15 years Main Contracting management experience with a CV that reflects continuity and responsibility for Projects as No 1 in excess of £10m. A Trades or Degree background with the commensurate training and CSCS Card would be ideal.
