Senior Site Manager

Location: South East

Type: Permanent, Full Time

They're looking for you to have:

1. Significant experience in the main contracting market as the Senior Site Manager
2. Experience of working on Education schemes would be advantageous
3. Experience of running projects as the no.1
4. Educated to a degree, HNC/HND level

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
2. Leading and motivating the site team to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a safe working environment
3. Collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination
4. Implementing rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met
5. Keeping a sharp eye on health and safety compliance, fostering a culture of safety on-site
