Senior Consultant - Legal - Cardiff/Bristol/Hybrid/Remote £30-40k doe

Our specialist legal team is made up of several legal professionals who have worked within the legal industry and therefore understand the market and your requirements equally. We build strong and lasting relationships with reputable law firms (most of which are Legal 500 rated) ranging from high street practices to global organisations. We also have a unique in-house offering as well as dealing with private practices in Wales and England.

With an ever-growing presence in the sector, we're expanding the team and looking for experienced 360 talent consultants to support this expansion. If you're a Principal currently and want to really develop your career, or if you're only a year into your career and want to push on, or somewhere in between - we're open to chatting to talent consultants at all levels for this job opportunity.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  2. Partner with leading organisations in the Legal sector to deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing market insights and tailored strategies.
  4. Source and attract top talent across a wide range of roles within the Legal sector.
  5. Deliver exceptional candidate experiences while fulfilling client needs with a focus on long-term success.
  6. Develop and grow our permanent recruitment offering within the Legal sector.
  7. Attend sector specific conferences and networking events.

  1. Experience: Proven track record as a 360 recruiter, managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  2. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, capable of engaging with clients and candidates at all levels.
  3. Drive: Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  4. Focus: Commitment to delivering high-quality talent solutions and building lasting relationships.
