This is a perfect opportunity for an existing Recruitment Consultant within the Legal Industry to join our growing team.

Positions available to recruit will be Business Services vacancies ranging from Junior to Director, including Secretarial/PA, Human Resources, Compliance, Reception, Paralegal, IT, and Facilities. We do not have any KPIs and do not expect our consultants to cold-call/canvass. Instead, we assist and help our clients with their existing positions, while developing these clients and building trusting relationships is key. We are looking for consultants who are keen to work 5 days from home/fully remote working as we have found that removing the travelling time from our team’s day creates extra motivation and energy. Our commission structure is the most generous on the market, and we offer very competitive salaries with regular pay rises available. Applicants must have 12 months’ legal recruitment agency experience.
