The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

In this key role, the Senior Construction Project Manager will focus primarily on projects in the Residential and Regeneration Sector. The role involves supervising a varied spectrum of projects, including high-tech clients, premium residential developments, municipal councils, developers, and esteemed academic institutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering cooperative partnerships within the nationwide Project Management team, contributing significantly to a dynamic portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage diverse projects in the Residential and Regeneration Sector.
• Collaborate effectively within the nationwide Project Management team.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Ideally chartered status or progressing towards chartership within APM, RICS, or CIOB.
• Significant experience in a construction, design, and build project management role within a consultancy.
• Proven ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
