Urgent Hire: Sales Support Assistant Wanted!

Location: Tideswell Depot

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Salary: £12.85 per hour plus bonus and incentives (37 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Building strong relationships with customers, promoting a courteous and professional attitude

3. Keeping customers updated on the latest products and services
4. Accurately processing orders and handling enquiries via phone, email, and fax
5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product range to ensure precise service
6. Providing key insights by reporting on issues, complaints, or changes in purchasing patterns
7. Supporting the wider team with credit control, deliveries, and returns
