Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Business development selling capital equipment to a variety of sectors.
  2. Professional and disciplinary responsibility for the branches.
  3. Search for and recruitment of new employees.
  4. Development of new sales potentials.
  5. Responsible for the full sales cycle from start to finish with order conclusion.
  6. Market analysis, assessment of competitive situation, and strategic alignment of sales and service structures.
  7. Continuous expansion of sales and service activities through establishment, development, and support of Falch branches and their teams.
  8. Planning, monitoring, and controlling budgets in consultation with headquarters.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Technical education/studies and several years of professional experience in direct sales of technical capital equipment (e.g. machinery, technical equipment, components, systems, etc.).
  2. Several years of professional experience in a similar position.
  3. Experience in one or more of our application areas, such as industrial cleaning, is essential.
  4. Excellent technical understanding and pragmatic hands-on mentality.
  5. Pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and leadership.
