We are Hiring: Recruitment Consultant – Bedford Branch

Salary & Benefits:

1. £25,000 – £30,000 per year (DOE)
2. Uncapped bonus scheme

Working Hours:

1. Standard hours (to be confirmed)
2. Participation in a rotational on-call schedule as part of our 24-hour operation

Driving:

A full UK driving license is essential, as travel to client sites will be a key part of this role.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Managing the end-to-end temporary recruitment process
2. Sourcing and engaging candidates through various platforms
3. Matching candidates to client roles with precision and care
4. Achieving targets and KPIs to contribute to business growth
