TA RECRUITING COORDINATOR (remote from London, UK)
ARC Group is in search of an HR Recruiting Coordinator for their client, a global leader in the travel/hospitality industry (40K+ staff). The position is remote in the greater London area and will eventually be hybrid (think SW London, near Surrey). The TA Recruiting Coordinator will help support two senior recruiters in onboarding 80 positions and must understand UK employment law and preferably have some experience in the marine/cruise industry.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a hospitality brand that is well known around the world for its service and travel offerings and has the infrastructure for career growth opportunities. While this is starting as a 90-day contract, the intention is to convert to FTE afterwards.
The TA Recruiting Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role will provide support to the Talent Acquisition team, with the objective of efficiently and successfully coordinating various internal recruiting administrative activities.
The Recruiting Coordinator may support the recruiting process by scheduling interviews, assisting the recruiters with the hiring process, ensuring completion of background verifications, preparing offer letters, and sending and receiving new hire paperwork, among other activities.
