Product Lead - Healthcare - £600 per day Outside IR35 - UK Based - Remote

As a Product Lead, you will drive the success of digital healthcare products, shaping strategy, defining roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to develop solutions that enhance patient outcomes. With your expertise in user needs, market trends, and business goals, you'll ensure our products deliver maximum value while supporting the evolving needs of healthcare providers and patients.

What You'll Do:

• Define the vision and strategy for healthcare technology products
• Lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of new features
• Work closely with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making
• Manage roadmaps, prioritise features, and ensure successful product delivery
• Track product performance and continuously seek improvement opportunities
• Provide leadership and mentorship to product managers and associate product managers

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience working in healthcare or HealthTech
• A track record of building and delivering high-impact digital products
• Strong understanding of the healthcare or technology sector
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
