Purpose of the job
As the Head of Product Propositions - New Opportunities and Channels, you will drive business growth by identifying and capitalising on new sectors and channels through innovative product propositions. Your role will leverage the legacy of Collinson’s financial services propositions to build forward-thinking solutions that open new avenues for growth and market expansion.
You will be responsible for creating a strategic roadmap to explore and tap into new sectors, identifying key opportunities, and designing propositions that resonate with untapped or underserved markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will guide the development, launch, and iteration of these propositions, ensuring they align with Collinson’s broader goals while delivering tangible business outcomes.
As the Head of Product Propositions - New Opportunities and Channels, you will also lead the team focused on driving proposition innovation, empowering them to execute the strategy effectively while fostering a collaborative and agile work environment across the organisation.
