An established industry player is seeking a People Operations Assistant to enhance team communication and support staff at a vibrant location. People Operations Assistants are responsible for communicating messages to the entire team at Lush Oxford Street as well as keeping employee records, payroll information, holiday allocation, and scheduling. We really mean it when we say, "No two days are the same!" As each day, you'll provide support for all Sales Assistants and often work alongside management with their duties, including recruitment, events, and note-taking meetings. You will also write up and create a weekly newsletter, keeping all the staff at Oxford Street up to date with everything happening!
This is an office-based role, so we are looking for someone who is confident in using computers.
You will report directly to the People Operations Lead, who will liaise with the management team.
