An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Digital Asset Assistant to support the management of their digital asset hub. This role involves ensuring that creative and brand assets are well-organised, easily accessible, and consistently formatted. You will work closely with the Technical Director and later with the Digital Asset Officer, playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and quality of digital assets. If you enjoy keeping things organised and have a keen eye for detail, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital asset management.
The Role
JDO Global is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Junior Digital Asset Assistant to support the management of our digital asset hub while our Digital Asset Officer is on maternity leave. There is potential for this position to become permanent.
Our Global Asset Hub is an organised online library where we store and manage all of JDO Global’s creative and brand assets. It ensures that files are easy to find, correctly named and consistently formatted so the team can quickly access what they need. These assets are used in a variety of ways, including case studies, client presentations, marketing materials, design projects and internal documents. As the Junior Digital Asset Assistant, your role will be to keep this system well organised and running smoothly, making sure assets are correctly stored, tagged and ready for efficient use by the wider team.
The Junior Digital Asset Assistant will work under the guidance of the Technical Director initially and then reporting to our Digital Asset Officer once she returns to work.
