  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll managers to implement new systems and keep processes aligned across the business.

Confidentiality & Data Protection:

  • Handle sensitive payroll and employee data with the highest level of confidentiality and care, ensuring our company remains compliant with data protection regulations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Payroll Expertise: Proficiency in payroll systems (IRIS, SAP) with a deep understanding of tax regulations and employee benefits administration.
  • Experience in a Complex Business Environment: If you have a background in payroll management within oil and gas, or a similarly complex industry, that’s a big plus!
