An established industry player is seeking a Patient Safety & Compliance Manager to enhance patient safety outcomes. We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Safety & Compliance Manager to join our Governance & Compliance team. This role is based at The London Clinic, Park Square West, London (NW1 4LJ), with a hybrid working model. We are also offering a competitive salary of £62,978 to £73,997 per annum plus a fantastic array of benefits.

Job Profile
The Patient Safety & Compliance Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing The London Clinic's patient safety strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role involves managing patient safety incidents, overseeing investigations, and ensuring learnings are embedded into clinical practice. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with clinical teams, senior managers, and governance bodies to enhance patient safety outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced patient safety professional with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare outcomes. They will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A proven track record in incident investigations, risk management, and quality improvement is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.
A key requirement for this role is at least six months of experience implementing the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF). We are seeking an expert in this framework who can adapt and tailor PSIRF principles to develop an effective, high-quality patient safety programme within the private healthcare sector.
To be considered for this role, a current professional registration (NMC, GMC, HCPC, etc.) is essential.
Job Type: Full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £62,978 to £73,997 per annum
