Four Seasons Park Lane and Yannick Alléno are excited to announce we are looking for a new Pastry Demi Chef de Partie for our 1 Michelin Star restaurant. Chef Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 16 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.
